Online procedure

Step 1: Go to the KVB FASTag Portal.

Step 2: Click on the APPLY button on the FASTag homepage.

Step 3: A dialogue box will open on the screen that mentions “this online application is for Car, jeeps, Vans, and vehicles class 4 only.” Click on the proceed button.

Step 4: A tag request form will appear on the screen. First of all, choose the type of customer, i.e.., whether you are an existing KVB customer or a non-KVB Customer.

Step 5: In the next blocks, enter personal details such as name-title, name, date of birth, profession, mobile number, and email.

Step 6: Choose the type of ID Proof. KVB Fastag application accepts PAN ID Card, Aadhaar Card, or Driving license.

Step 7: Upload unique code on your ID proof and its image.

Step 8: Choose the type of Address proof. KVB FASTag application accepts Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Utility Bill or driving license in the form of address proof.

Step 9: Upload scanned copy of Address proof.

Step 10: Select state and district in the end.

Step 11: Accept all the terms & conditions by ticking the small box at the left corner.

Step 12: Click on the Submit button.

Step 13: Another form will open on the screen. This form demands information related to the vehicle.

Step 14: You need to fill information such as vehicle number, type of vehicle, vehicle registration scanned copy, and more.

Step 15: You must also choose between individual or corporate Fastag. If you are applying for a Fastag for a personal vehicle, it is individual fastag. Apart from this, Fastag for commercial vehicles is corporate Fastag.

Step 16: In the case of corporate fastag, you would require to fill business details as well. If you are in a partnership firm, all partner’s details would be demanded.

Step 17: Click on submit when you have filled all the vehicle-related details.

Step 18: You have successfully applied for KVB Fastag.

Offline procedure

Step 1: Visit the nearest branch of Karur Vysya Bank in your area.

Step 2: Ask for a form to register for a FASTag.

Step 3: Fill the form as per the details demanded in the form.

Step 4: Attach a scanned copy of documents for address proof, ID proof, and vehicle registration certificate.

Step 5: Submit the form to the KVB Fastag agent present at the bank premises.

Step 6: You have successfully applied for KVB Fastag.

NOTE: A fastag does not pay on all toll plazas in India. It works on toll plazas that are authorized under the National Electronic Toll Collection Program (NETC).

How to login to the KVB FASTag app?

Follow the given below steps to log in to KVB Fastag app:

Step 1: Download KVB FASTag mobile application from the play store or apple store.

Step 2: Enter the username. KVB FASTag login username is the user ID that you have received on the registered email ID.

Step 3: If you cannot find User ID, enter the wallet ID instead.

Step 4: Enter a unique password.

Step 5: Click on the login/sign-in button.

Step 6: You have successfully logged in to your KVB FASTag login account. 

What is KVB FASTag recharge online?

Karur Vysya Bank FASTag mobile application allows the user to recharge a fastag online. You can recharge by any KVB Debit card, credit card, net banking or wallets (akin to PayTm or Phonepay).

It is important to note that KVB Fastag recharge has a limit of ten thousand per month. A user cannot make e-toll payments once he reaches his limit of 10, 000 INR.
