Step 1: Go to the KVB FASTag Portal.
Step 2: Click on the APPLY button on the FASTag homepage.
Step 3: Click on ‘proceed’ button.
Step 4: A FASTag application form would appear on the screen.
Step 5: If you are an existing customer of KVB, choose the ‘KVB customer’ option. If not, choose, ‘non-KVB customer’ option.
Step 6: Fill the required details such as first name, last name, date of birth, vehicle type, mobile number, email ID and more.
Step 7: Choose the type of ID Proof. You can upload any one of the mentioned documents: Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and driving license.
Step 8: Please ensure to upload scanned copies of documents.
Step 9: Accept terms and conditions.
Step 10: Click on the Submit button.
Step 11: In the next form (page 2), enter vehicle details and upload described documents such as vehicle number, type of vehicle and vehicle registration certificate.

Step 1: Download KVB FASTag mobile application from the play store or apple store.
Step 2: Enter the username. KVB FASTag login username is the user ID that you have received on the registered email ID.
Step 3: If you cannot find User ID, enter the wallet ID instead.
Step 4: User ID is a 12-digit code, however, wallet ID is a 14-digit code.
Step 5: Enter a unique password.
Step 6: Click on the login/sign-in button.

How much a KVB Fastag costs?
- For class 4 vehicles, KVB Fastag costs 500 INR. It includes a minimum recharge of 200 INR. It also includes a 200 INR refundable security deposit and a 100 INR threshold amount. Its tag color is violet.
- For light commercial vehicles, it costs 650 INR. Tag color remains orange.
- For Three Axle commercial vehicles, it costs 900 INR exclusive of 300 INR as a threshold limit. Tag color is Yellow.
- For Bus and Trucks, it costs 900 INR. Tag color is green.
- For 4, 5, 6, and 7 Axle commercial vehicles, it costs 1000 INR including 500 INR as a refundable security deposit and exclusive of 300 INR as threshold amount. Tag color is Pink for 4, 5 and 6 Axle commercial vehicles. For seven Axle commercial vehicles, the tag color is Blue.
- For heavy construction machinery and Earthmoving equipment, it costs 1000 INR including 500 INR as a refundable security deposit and exclusive of 300 INR as threshold amount. The tag color for these vehicles is Black.
Note: It is significant to note that taxes on the above-given ‘market retail price’ are applicable.
